♦ ||| Prideful
I think her biggest flaw would be her pride.
Raquel is known for being a highly prideful little woman, her pride can’t really bottle in that little body. 
Mexico is a prideful country that sees external help as a threat, any external helpful hand will activate Raquel’s pride, She won’t accept nor let anyone help her. That’s why she gets in a lot of troubles with her northern neighbor (Because she doesn’t let him do whatever he wants and that creates tension). Again, don’t try to help her, she won’t let you.
She grew up in a machista society, where men /THINK/ they’re better than women, so she lives in a deffensive mode, say she’s uncapable and she will destroy your bones.
her pride doesn’t only applies to external help, but also herself and her culture, Raquel is a bit insecure but she cares a lot about her public image always appearing strong and assertive,even a bit snooty with the rest of the countries but this is only when she has to talk about herself and her culture, Her culture is the best in the world (for her).

♦ ||Gossip-er
Raquel is very secretive with herself, not everyone knows her daily life, only a few people, the rest of the world has a perfect image about her.
But she knows a lot about the others, and can’t help but share her information with whoever asks her. She enjoys to gossip, a LOT.

She’s very talkative and enjoys to critize too.

♦|| Moody
Mexico is a big mosaic of cultures and people that are constantly interacting and sometimes producing tension.
This is reflected on her fast changing moods, she can be sweet and nice in one instant but once she feels attacked she will go against you with claws and fangs.

♦ ||Sensitive
She can take your comments personally really easily, and feel offended really quick. But she’s kind of immune to heavy jokes.

♦ ||Talking about jokes, she’s a heavy joker,burlesque.
Raquel has a weird sense of humour, she jokes about things that shouldn’t be joked about, often she critizes people just because she find it funny, she never wants to hurt people with her words (unless she’s angry) but sometimes she makes people feel bad or angry.
She’s also very pervy/ Naughty (but she keeps it in secret), not kidding.  Puns White or innocent humour won’t make her laugh, she likes her comedy like her food, spicy. enjoys sexist and even racists jokes.
Black humour? her speciality.
Known for mocking about death ( The death’s country, Dia de muertos anyone? Dia de muertos is a mexican special day where mexicans literally mock about death, their dead friends and relatives, or kill (not literally) some public figures with funny poems about them and la catrina /The death/ like actors,politicians etc. named “calaveras” ) Raquel has a special kind of humor sense that not everyone accepts/shares.
Like any other mexican,She has the ability of laugh about herself and her own disgraces turning her almost immune to any comeback about her If you try to insult her with another joke about herself,she’d probably just smirk and nod saying " yes you’re right! I am like that! ".
But she’s a great comedian when she wants.
When she laughs she does it loud and explosively, a very noisy laugh that can be heard a 10 meter radius, once she’s in the mood or has laughed a lot she snorts a bit. Her laugh is contagious, expressive, and full of joy and energy. Anyway people who don’t like noisy people might think she’s just annoying.

♦ || Sharp tongued & foulmouthed

This comes with her moods and her pride, Raquel is not a person who gets angry easily ( irritable yes, but not angry) but once she loses her mind you’d better run out, She will tell you your truths, your flaws, your darkest secrets and even, the cause of your death.
She’s not violent, she expresses her wrath throught her words, she can get very wordy.
When she feels familiarity or feels comfortable with someone she can get a bit foulmouthed, says “Cabrón” (like fucker?) a lot, only around people who know her enough.

♦ || Tries to act perfect
Mexican families are very strict about how to raise children.
They always must aspire to be perfect in society/public.
Kids must be well behaved, corteous and respectful in public.
Woman have a strict code of behavior that must be followed or else society will critize them.
Raquel will always try to be perfect, a perfect lady in public.

♦ || Double faced
Mexico acts like something, but she’s completely the opposite.
Public and social figure is everything. Can agree with you but innerly she just hates you, but she won’t tell you a word.

♦ || Corrupt
Yes ladies and gentelman, a moralist in public, but in secret she’s a bit of a corrupt, as a young lady she used to get angry at her bosses because they all were corrupt, with the time she got tired of trying and she just go with the flow, like her people, she doesn’t enjoy to be corrupt, but it is what society imposes so she must follow.

♦||  Competitive
Mexico is a little lady who enjoys to compete a lot.
her pride doesn’t let her see more than what she wants, she’s a bit of a bad loser ( #NoeraPenal anyone? ) but once she wins no one will shut her mouth for a few minutes, then the peace will come back.
Don’t tell her she can’t do something because she will try to win.
sadly this only applies with the things she thinks she’s good.
And she gets sad easily when she loses.

♦ || Addicted
She gets addicted to things, a good telenovela? addicted!
A nice song? addicted!.
She has many addictions she just can’t rip off, coke and junk food? Addicted!
Alcohol? Addicted! ( only in Social events or in deppression moods,she’s a social alcoholic) 
Sports? addicted!

bets??? ADDICTED.

♦ || Vain - Self centered 

'Quel is a vain woman, expressed in her extremely neat clothes, hair and almost everything she does, she's not a real perfectionist but enjoys to look at least, nice.
Mexican women are vain??? yes, we are, we like to look nice, women around Raquel’s age are flirtuous and vain, they want to attract the opposite sex showing off their feminity. a natural coquetry every mexican woman possesses , charming and affable , Raquel knows exactly how to use her charms to get what she wants ( she’s not really materialist but she’s a country that has avoided to pay a lot of debts, that’s something), she’s not a real fashionista, but has a HUGE closet because she enjoys to look nice for people, again Public figure is everything.
She’s very self centered , Mexico was raised as an isolated country this helped to develop a small selfish spot in her personality, she doesn’t really care about people or countries out of her social bubble, she tends to ignore and not giving a fuck about international problems that doesn’t affect herself. Argentina dying for debts? lol who cares. Ukranian-russian problems? who the fuck cares. Crisis in the US? “O h GOD HELP ME.” If you’re in her close circle of friends , congratulations you’ll have the best friend ever.

♦ || Possesive/ extremely protectively with her “family” and herself.

Again any external action will seen as a threat, due her difficult history where she was invaded a lot Raquel has develop a small paranoia against outsiders ( usually goes against Alfred  but he understands why, and he’s a bit of guilty y’know) she gets possesive and protective with herself mostly her culture( Example: Some mexicans don’t really see halloween as a good thing because ‘we’re losing Dia de muertos’ essence’) she’s afraid of spontaneous changes that can threat her rutine and peaceful life. That’s why Mexico keeps her magical,traditional and mystic essence, Future and past are always mixed up everywhere you see,we love and protect our traditions.
She’s also very protective with the people she loves, loyal as hell, will never backstab her significant others.

♦ || Forgives easily, but never forgets.

She has a warm heart, and rarely carries around with hate (She doesn’t really hate anyone), you can do anything to her and she will probably forgive you,and act like nothing happened, but once someone else remind her what happened, she will remind you.

♦ || Dramatic, but a bit emotionless.

Mexico is the most emotionless country in latin america, just after Puerto Rico. Mexicans are taught to never express their sadness.
She enjoys drama, a lot. she’s an artsy person by excellence.
But she’s not really emotional, her melancholy is the only tangible emotion you can feel. the only time you’ll see her being sincere is drunk, or in a very corny moment.
